Low impact exercises during IVF and IUI

8 Comments on Low impact exercises during IVF and IUI

I hear from a lot of women going through fertility treatments that they aren’t sure what exercises are okay during treatments. I first want to point out that if you are already consistently working out before treatments, you should be fine to still exercise during your treatments. These are also great if you are just …

Chase and I attempted hiking squaw peak after me not being able to be active for over a month. It was SO hard for me to be inactive for that month. I didn’t want to sit around all day and had seen someone on Instagram post about hiking Squaw Peak, and Chase agreed to hike …

Leave a Comment on Best Motivational Signs During a Race

I’ve ran quite a few races, and I love the motivational signs. When I’m not racing I’ll either try and take pictures (if I have my phone) or try and remember them. Here’s some that I’ve taken pictures of. From the Disneyland Race in Orlando in 2016: “Spoiler Alert – You are killing this race!” …

How are we going to stay healthy the holidays? After posting about Chase’s weight loss journey, I realized we are getting closer to the holiday season. Where you want to eat All. The. Running has been given a bad reputation when it comes to infertility, fertility and fertility treatments. You might be asking why? I had the same question. I started researching and trying to figure out if running while trying to get pregnant was okay. I’ve always been a casual runner, never an elite runner who can …

So often we forget when we’re in a bad mood, or down and depressed that exercise can improve your mood. While I was writing, things that we wished we could change, I realized I haven’t been running or doing any type of exercise for quite a while. I have felt down, depressed, and not wanting …

  • Beautiful isn’t a size is new in my shop! I love the daisy’s in the design.🌼
  • At a new moon gathering my Ethan bear was returned to me.🥰 Some stitching had come loose and one of my loss friends (who helps make molly bears) was able to fix my bear, and he’d been with her for about 2-3 weeks. So I was beyond happy for his return.

If you’ve never heard of molly bears, they make weighted bears which are the same weight as your baby when they were born. So my Ethan bear weighs 4lbs 2oz. I love having my bear as a reminder of Ethan. Do you have a Molly bear? Have you ever heard of them?
  • I made these for a retreat I went on in February and it is my favorite shirt. I also love how soft this shirt is.🥰 okay, I may be a bit biased cause I makes it..😆

  • The world won’t understand why you post about your child that died. Most won’t understand the why behind it. They don’t have to. You share for you. You share so your child lives on through you. And you share because why would anyone want to forget their kids? 🤍🫶🏼 #pregnancyandinfantlossawareness #pregnancylossawareness #lifeafterloss
  • Did you know 1 in 4 pregnancies end in loss? And oddly, I know many women who have multiple kids and have never had a loss. 🤔
I’ve been pregnant 4 times and have had 2 losses. Both my kids are rainbow babies. 🌈
This shirt is new and in my Etsy shop!
